Our providers are the heart and soul of our company. We recruit top talent from medical schools and residency programs in the Bay Area and beyond. We attract people who want to be part of a leading-edge hospital-based group that practices in a sustainable manner and creates partnerships and community with those we serve.
The CPMC Van Ness Campus opened in March of 2019. The facility is a quaternary, academic regional hospital that has several core residency teaching programs. Internal medicine residents are supervised and taught by our Hospitalists. The emergency department is very busy and the hospital also receives patients from many other northern California hospitals when specialty consultation services are required.
The CPMC Davies Campus, located in the Castro district of San Francisco, offers general medical care and is home to our neurosciences department. The campus is recognized by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center, providing exceptional high-quality stroke care. Our Hospitalists manage patients in the acute care hospital as well as the on-site acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities.
CPMC's Mission Bernal Campus opened in 2018 and extends a wide range of medical and surgical services in a cozy community hospital setting. The hospital features a state of the art geriatric care unit providing interdisciplinary care to improve outcomes for hospitalized seniors. The geriatric unit is run by our board certified PIMG geriatrician in conjunction with our PIMG Hospitalists.
Novato Community Hospital is a wonderful small community hospital in Marin County. The emergency room is busy and the hospital offers general medical and surgical services which are supported by a small intensive care unit. In addition, the hospital is a center of excellence for joint replacement, having earned the Joint Commission's Advanced Certification for hip and knee replacements.
Located in the heart of northern California’s wine country, Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital was built in 2014. The hospital gives state-of-the-art care in modern facilities. The hospital provides general medical, surgical, pediatric, and obstetric care. There is a family medicine residency program on site. Our hospitalists enjoy the camaraderie of serving a small but close knit suburban and rural community.
Many patients need additional care after leaving the hospital. Our team follows patients in community-based skilled nursing facilities in and around San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma. We are experienced in geriatric and rehabilitation services.
Our Infectious Diseases physicians provide inpatient consultation at the three campuses of California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) and Kentfield Hospitals (in Marin and San Francisco). We also have telemedicine services and offer ambulatory consultations. In addition to those clinical practices, we lead inpatient infection control practices, oversee antimicrobial stewardship programs, and teach resident physicians in training at CPMC.
